Tariff Schedule

  

The tariff is based on double occupancy with a full complimentary gourmet breakfast. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with comfortable antiques or reproductions and private baths, including four deluxe rooms with double whirlpool and two rooms with gas log fireplaces.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Reservations are requested in advance. All guest rooms, with the exception of the Faith Room are equipped with TV's. Telephones are available in all guest rooms by request and the Inn provides wireless high speed Internet access. Children over the age of 10 are welcome. Younger children find us boring. While the Inn has one dog (a collie by the name of Sasha), we do not have the facility to care for your pets.

Please advise in advance if check in after 8 PM is required.

A two-night minimum is required on many weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Rooms will be reserved with a deposit equivalent to your FIRST NIGHT'S STAY, preferably by receipt of a check within seven (7) days of making your reservation. If you wish to use a credit card for your first night's payment, we will charge your credit card immediately. Final payment (preferably by cash or personal check) will be accepted on your departure.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: A one-week (7 day) notice is required to insure a full refund of deposit. If you should cancel in less than seven days, a full refund will be given if the room can be re-rented, less a $20 charge. We do not over-book reservations, so we must adhere to our cancellation policy. For guests wishing for a shorter cancellation, a pre-paid cancellation fee of $35.00 may be paid at the time of booking and will provide you the ability of cancellation up to 12:00 Noon of the day of your arrival.

	The William Seward Room - An elegant room in cream, peach, rose and green with gas log fireplace, double shower and porch with a view of Lake Erie along the horizon.
	The B. Seward Room - Light and serenity fill this room done in blue and white with French toile wallpaper and Queen Anne chairs in a sitting corner looking out at woods and Lake Erie in the distance.
	The Wood Room - Buttery yellow, this room's rich fabrics in varying hues of rose, moss green and yellow are reminiscent of an English country home. King bed, settee, Queen Anne chair and old marble sink in bathroom. Tall windows look out on woods.
	The Faith Room - Small but quaint room done in deep blue and dusty rose wallpaper with double bed and old fashioned claw foot tub and shower in bathroom.
	The Welch Room - A charming room with Queen bed done in cream, rose, lavender and green. Stenciled flowers and leaves which complement fabrics adds to its appeal. Looks out on woods.
	The Johnson Room - Serene room with king bed in shades of cream, plum, and green. Comfortable reading chairs encourage guests to curl up for a good read.
	The Farnsworth Room - Charming room with small sitting room done in pink and blue with delicate flowered wallpaper.
	The Wagner Room - Elegant room done in peach and hunter green with high four poster King bed, Waverly wall coverings and fabrics. Double jacuzzi in bathroom with a faintly Oriental ambiance. Two Queen Anne wing chairs in a reading corner. Access to porch.
	Beyer Room - Quietly elegant room in cream, burgundy and green with King bed, double jacuzzi and Queen Anne wing chairs in reading corner. Access to porch.
	Gardner Room - Stunning room done in deep blue and rose with high four poster Queen bed, Queen Anne wing chairs, vaulted ceiling, double jacuzzi in bathroom and access to shared balcony. Waverly wallpaper and richly hued fabrics.
	The Sloan Room - Another stunning room with vaulted ceiling, high four poster Queen bed, Queen Anne chairs, double jacuzzi in bathroom and access to shared porch.
	Patterson Room - Delightful room with high four poster Queen bed, Waverly wallpaper and fabrics in a coordinated lilac and rose pattern, with gas log fireplace and settee. Interesting touches include Mardi Gras mask from New Orleans on the mantle.
